The challenge of E.N.J.O.Y.! was to respond to the need for non-technological innovation in the company IFI S.p.A., an interior design company, especially in the area of communication and interpersonal relationships between the members of the same team. The company was also interested in increasing the sense of belonging to the brand in its executives.
19 employees were involved in workshops, chosen among the top managers and those with a role of coordination and responsibility in the marketing sector, communication, production and design, scientific and technological research, human resources and the commercial area. At the end of the workshops, the materials collected and dramaturgically reworked inspired "LOST IN A DREAM - a theatrical journey in a company from the Marche region", a "brand specific" performance event created specifically for IFI, where the product, the mission, the characteristics and the company history are intertwined in a theatrical form and an original link is identified between Shakespeare and the IFI company logo.
Considering that E.N.J.O.Y! is short for "Empathy to Narrate a Job: an Occasion for You!" the results were aligned with this statement. The results of E.N.J.O.Y! were the development of the empathetic aspects in brand communication; the improvement of the quality of relationships and a sense of belonging to the company in the work team; the creation of a company profile for brand development and corporate marketing purposes.
